  1. Color: We provide 5 basic colors like black, white, beige, navy and yellow but only black, white and navy are always available. Beige and yellow will be out of stock sometimes so please text me if you wanna order those colors.
  2. Size: Please have a look at size chart. You can measure your feet to get the best result when choosing size.
  3. Price: The price in the link already includes shoes and embroidery price. We are glad to receive your shoes to customize but we are afraid that the shipping will cost you too much because we are so far from each other.
  4. Embroidery design: You can send me your embroidery request in the message or leave me a note in the personalization part. For more embroidery ideans, please come and have a look at our IG @conem.vn. You are welcome at any time.
  5. Processing time: Please keep in mind that we do 100% hand embroidery so it will take about 10-12 days to sew the shoes. It will depend on how difficult and complicated the design is and for customized designs, it can take longer time. We do need your patience.
  6. Shipping: It will take 12-15 days to ship to the US and 20-25 days to other countries. We are sorry that this is the best choice we have to send the bag to you without costing you money.
  7. Packaging: The shoes will be wrapped in a box that fit themselves. The distance between us is much long long so we are afraid that the box can not be in good condition when you receive it. Please forgive this.

NOTE: Your shoes will be provided with an extra pair of shoes laces and hand embroidered socks that will match the shoes. This is our little gift to say THANK YOU ♥
